Jollibee's Crisscut Fries

Introducing Jollibee's newest menu, the Crisscut Fries. According to Jollibee, their crisscut fries satisfies our craving for unique fries. It comes in two flavors: Zesty cheese or Savory BBQ. It's made from real potatoes and big on crispy potato goodness and flavor. It's Php 33 for regular and Php 51 for large. 

Some said that Jollibee's crisscut fries had came back but I haven't seen them serving these kind of fries or I just haven't remembered it. Didn't I? Anyways, I came through Jollibee's TVC (tv  commercial) one day and I saw my friend's status in Facebook saying how she loved Jollibee's crisscut fries! I was kinda curious of how it tasted so, I decided to have a taste of it!

When I recieved my order of the crisscut fries, I was so disappointed of how small the contents were in their large size option. The reason I decided to order for the large size because I know that it will have a little amount of fries and to my surprise, their large size has even smaller servings! It's for Php 51 but I it seems that I haven't got the right amount of what I payed for. Actually, I didn't liked the fries at all. It was tangy and I find it a little spicy for me. I was expecting a cheesy fries but all I had was a crisp fries! I didn't even get to taste the potatoes because it was all dried up or kinda overcooked. I'll surely not eat those fries again. I think Mcdonald's Twister fries would be better.

KFC's Flavor Shots Meal & Krushers

Ever since I tried eating at KFC, I had always loved eating their chicken. It has a distinct taste that makes me come back over and over again. One of my favorite meal is the KFC Flavor Shots meal. It's for 50php and I usually order this whenever I'm tight on budget. This meal is perfect for anyone who wants just a little bit of something.

To make your dining experience more pleasurable at KFC, why don't you also try their Krushers?

It's a cold, delicious and indulgent treat filled with chewy real bitz.

The Flavor Shots meal comes in two variants: Mushroom gravy or Sweet chili.

I chose the mushroom gravy because I loved mixing the gravy to the rice and it makes my meal oh so yummy!

Look at how luscious those chicken strips are. It makes me wanna eat it right at this very moment.

This is one of my favorite yoghurt flavors, the Mixed Berries Krushers. It's a mix of strawberry and blueberry perfectly matched to sooth your thirsty throats.

REVIEW:

The mushroom gravy flavor shots meal is a good meal for me. It's enough to feed my hungry stomach though sometimes I would need more rice! It's affordable but it has a little chicken strip inside that bunch of breading. Thanks to the mushroom gravy, it saved the meal. For the Krushers, well it's a superb! I can really taste the strawberries and blueberries. It's perfect for summer or whenever you feel the heat.

How To Make Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients:

1 pack of pre-mixed brownies

1 pack of marshmallows

a cup of coarsely chopped nuts

Directions:

Bake pre-mixed brownies according to instructions and mix it with chopped nuts. Once cooked, top it with marshmallows. When marshmallows begin to melt, remove brownies from the oven and let it cool.
