INGREDIENTS:
250 grams fish fillet
salt and pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 beaten egg
1 cup crushed egg crackers (or herbed crackers for added flavor)
HONEY MAYO DIP:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
a pinch of garlic powder
a pinch of black pepper
PROCEDURE:
1 Season fish fillet with salt and pepper.
2 Dredge first with flour, then dip in egg mixture.
3 Coat well with crushed egg crackers.
4 To cook, pan-fry or deep-fry until golden brown.
NOTES:
- You can make your own concoction for your fish fillet dip. You can use yogurt, tartar sauce or any condiments of your preference.
