My Version of Fried Cream Dory

The Pangasius, more popularly known as Cream Dory, is an air-breathing and edible freshwater fish. It is a good source of Omega-3 fatty Acids that prevents ailments like heart disease and blood clotting.

According to www.freshcatch.net, Cream Dory Fillet is known for its mild taste and white, flaky meat. Most feel the cream dory fish has a "cleaner" taste than most other forms of farm-raised fish, because of new water constantly flowing in to their pens. Cream Dori is widely known as basa, sutchi, and white river cobbler.

It was Sunday morning when I was planning on what will I cook for my lunch. I checked our refrigerator and found out a slice of cream dory left in the freezer. Then I thought of frying it my own version and here's my finished product! Just check out the images.
