Lunch at JD Roadhouse

Yesterday, after my sisters and I went to church we decided to have our lunch at JD Roadhouse. It is situated in General Luna street and just near my alma mater, University of San Agustin. As I remember, my classmates and I would always eat our lunch at JD Roadhouse because it's affordable and the food are delicious. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sandwiches, desserts and a whole lot more! The place is cool, cozy and a perfect place to hangout. My favorite dessert is the mais con hielo. It's made of crushed ice, milk, cornflakes and a scoop of whipped cream. I also like their cakes and pastries. It's been years I haven't eaten at JD Roadhouse and I missed eating there with my friends, good thing we ate there yesterday. My sisters and I had a good time and enjoyed the food.

80s summer event @ Westwoods

Yesterday I was at Westwoods Subdivision because there was an 80s summer party organized by our company, Teletech. The agents were all dressed up for the 80s theme. The venue was brightened up with neon and different shades of colors. The lunch and dinner was buffet style and the caterer was a thumbs up for me! There was a wide array of delicious food set up that surely satisfied my stomach. I really enjoyed the food and whoever the caterer was at the party...YOU'RE THE BEST!

 On the plate: Lettuce, cucumber, pineapples, oranges, dressing

 On the plate: mushroom soup, fish fillet, chicken cordon bleu, sauteed potatoes and carrots, ube and macapuno bar

 On the plate: Pasta with white sauce, mushrooms and ham

Calea: Simply Irresistible!

It was the 23rd of February when my sisters and I were invited by our fellow blogger to attend the environmental campaign of Sen. Loren Legarda at Talisay City. We were excited to come knowing we'll be visiting our hometown again and get to eat at Calea! Calea is a famous dessert shop at Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. They offer a wide array of delectable and mouthwatering desserts. Not only that they offer pasta and other snacks too. Many tourists don't go home without having to taste Calea. It's simply irresistible!
